Just do the following:
- Place your video file into the Timeline.
- Apply Ken burns effect (place it to the Line for Video Effects) and drag the outlines of the effect up till the moment you’d like to zoom your video in.
- Double-click the effect on the Timeline and choose desirable preset (e.g. Zoom in Left or Custom)
- Now right-click the effect on the Timeline
- Duplicate Object.
- Double-click duplicated effect and click Reverse.
- This will zoom out your video.
